That sucks. The first movie is one of my favorites of all time. I've been waiting since I saw it for the sequel. I'm sure I'll still enjoy it.

According to Boxofficemojo.com it opened in limited release (Only 68 theaters, but it made an average of $6,794.00 a theater, which is more than "This Is It!" did.
Also..not sure why people bother arguing with teecakes... I sincerely believe now that he is a bot built by Sony and unleashed on small community sites.
I saw Paranormal Activity with the wife and we both thought it was terrific. One of the scariest movies I've seen in years.

The first film is one of the great genre movies of the last 20 years. It's funny, action packed, and well written. Go seek it out if you haven't.
It looks like it's available for streaming on Netflix, noticed it last night before going to sleep. Think I'm gonna watch that tonight, since it seems to get good word of mouth (and a high rating for a netflix movie too).
