EA Montreal Game Reveal

Looks like the branch of EA located in Montreal will be having a new game reveal a week from today.

Quote:
Electronic Arts has said that its Montreal studio will announce a new game on Thursday, 12th March.

According to a press release issued yesterday evening, the studio will be having investors and press round for tea on Monday to show off the game under embargo.

You will then get to find out what it's about in a press release on 12th March, with information from the briefing pitching up on 16th March.

So what's the game? Well, EA Montreal is already known to be working on Wii and DS title Need for Speed: Nitro, so we can be sure it's not that.

The smart money, then, is on a sequel to the studio's first game, Army of Two.
For all its faults, I really enjoyed Army of Two. Chroming out my mini-gun was awesome.

Update: Its almost definitely Army of Two, according to the EA website.

You mean, Army of Two, II?

Though seriously, they should make it Army of Four with 4-player co-op.

Army of Two was ok... Not something I really needed a sequel of.

I really enjoyed Army of Two. It was a lot of fun to play through the game in co-op and I would absolutely be interested in seeing a sequel.

You must've played it by yourself, you lonely old man .

With a friend it was quite enjoyable, much like the new 50 Cent game.

Me two, too. I never even played it co-op and still enjoyed it, despite the fist bumping.
