Cold War follows the story of Matt Carter a freelance journalist who finds himself in the midst of an international conspiracy that aims to control the U.S.S.R. Using only recovered weapons and improvised gadgets, he must now evade or overcome elite Soviet forces and defeat the conspiracy before he is sent to a Siberian prison camp or killed.
Dreamcatcher has released a singleplayer demo for Mindware Studios' stealth action game Cold War allowing you to try out 2 missions (An Uninvited Guest and The Halls of Hell) from the full game.
I played the XBOX demo and the whole thing felt a bit stiff. Mind you that was probably because the y axis could not be inverted [which is absolute bullshit]. The inventory system also felt over complicated. However it looked nice and the gadgets and gameplay showed definite promise. The controls definitely need to be cleaned up though.

Thank you for that stunningly irrelevant comparison and complaint about the controls for an entirely different system. I'll be sure to take that into account.

Jeeze, that wasn't very nice. And it wasn't very right, for that matter, either. I'm sure there are people who would rather play the xbox version.

You know what would be more constructive.. either a better description of the game or a maybe a link back to an official website for the game (preferable). Is this a FPS, RPG, 3rd person action, RTS, adventure, etc? The description and link to Worthplaying tells you nothing. And the page itself over at Worthplaying doesn't link back to the devlopers or publishers and doesn't give any more detail... I'm better off just googling the title.
Is there a starforce removal tool somewhere? Also on xbox this felt like a lame splinter cell ripoff.
I've tried all the Starforce removal tools out there and none has completely removed it. I did, however, manage to rid myself of it by doing a System Restore. Simply restore your computer to a date and time before you 'installed' Starforce. (Millenium and XP only)
