[E3 08] - Final Fantasy XIII Coming to 360
Yes indeed, Final Fantasy XIII is coming to the 360. It is sounding like it will be a North America and Europe release only though. I couldn't hear the Square Enix guy very well, so I didn't get whether it would be out at the same time as the PS3 version or if it was coming later.

What a way to close the show. And there was no Halo to be seen at all.

UPDATE: It is coming to 360 day and date with the PS3 version in North America and Europe.

May be NA and Europe only. (Which makes sense, considering Japanese 360 sales.)

I was so blown away form that, and I was expecting Sirais to make an underhanded comment first Sandman, but figured you would be close enough behind

This is good to hear. I'm a big fan of multi-platform releases. I'll probably still pick up a PS3 at some point, but its much less a priority now.

FWIW, the Kotaku liveblog said "should hit day and date with the PS3 version in North America and Europe"...

That's the biggest announcement by far, and a big blow to Sony. I can't believe Sony let that one get away.

I would guess the PS3 version will be the lead, but it doesn't matter when you don't own a PS3.

Sony needs to trump this now by announcing FFVII remake as PS3 exclusive tomorrow or they are toast!
