Devil May Cry 4 PC Announced. (Really) Enhanced Edition.

VoodooExtreme brings the news that Capcom has announced the PC port of Devil May Cry 4 - the latest installment in the adventures of demon hunter Dante. PC improvements are not limited to higher resolution and 120 fps cutscenes as DMC4 PC offers two new modes of gameplay that take advantage of high-end PCs computing power.

Quote:
The PC version of Devil May Cry 4 will feature new modes, enhanced graphics options and some additional content. Devil May Cry 4 has been rated 16+ by PEGI.

Good things come to those who wait as PC owners will benefit from having more modes and more visual customisation options to help enhance their demon-slaying action. Turbo mode will turn up the action to insane speeds, while Legendary Dark Knight Mode will harness advanced PC processing power and fill the screen with an unbelievable number of enemies for extra difficulty. Moreover, familiar enemies from the console versions will show-up in new locations in the PC version. The high resolution screen settings allow the cut scenes of the game to run at up to 120 frames per second (up from 30 frames per second in the console version of the game). Slider options are available to manage various visual effects seen throughout the game. Devil May Cry 4 for the PC will have both DirectX 9 and DirectX 10 modes and will also be compliant with the Games For Windows program.
Click the thumbs for 1920x1200 versions:

Looks friggin sweet. Insane number of enemies on screen :O

Enchanced? Is that Enhanced and Enchanted all rolled into one?

say what ? cut scenes at 120 fps, what an announcement. can't wait for the benchmarks when it will be compared to gameplay.
still a good thing to see capcom continue to pump out their games for pc.

For some reason, after reading about their new game modes, all I can think about is Batman.

Shame on you, it was a damn good game. I actually liked it better than even Disciple and always thought that was how good magic the gathering should be if not better.

Me likey. My copy of DMC4 just arrived yesterday, and my 360 is due to be delivered either today or tomorrow. One of the big things I'm looking forward to with NG2 is more enemies, too.
