This makes me nervous. I ordered mine last week, and if it doesn't show up the 21st there will be hell to pay.
Ugh, I thought they had just sold out. I only ordered mine like, last night, so hopefully I'll still be getting it. I'd be fine with a regular edition instead, but I'd like to have the LE.
EDIT: Also, they haven't been taking pre-orders on their website for the PC edition for a few days now.

Do you have a source for this news item? As Perigon said, they removed PC LE preorders from the web site at least a few days ago, maybe as long as a week ago, so this seems suspicious. Or do you mean in-store?

This actually makes me very happy; as gamestop didn't have the PC limited edition on their website and a friend of mine scared me into thinking that it might not actually exist.
As i've had the PC LE pre-ordered for months. I want that figurine! So much that i'm actually going to buy a physical copy and not the STEAM version.

Yup. I work for GameStop. Our Store Informer (store email) said we will continue to take PC LE orders.

Another question comes to mind: it seems that the figurine should just as easily be broken in the PC LE as it would in the Xbox 360 LE, so why stop preorders for one platform for this reason, and not the other?
Possible answer: There are more copies of the PC LE available. But if that is the case, why has the PC LE been absent from the web site for a while now?

Yup. I work for GameStop. Our Store Informer (store email) said we will continue to take PC LE orders.
But the PC edition isn't on the website either, and the figures/boxes are identical except for the Games For Windows logo... <.<

However, 2k has promised to have a solution of the broken figures soon.

Damnit, I was just at Gamestop this evening with the g/f because she wanted Mario Party 8. I thought about pre-ordering Bioshock but for whatever reason didn't. I guess since I'm dropping the dough for Halo3 LE, it's just as well.

yeah i had the regular version set aside for a while but recently decided that this game warranted the full spend, if only so that ken levine can paper the inside of his ferrari with $1000 bills. the team at 2k boston looks like they pulled off a helluva feat; have you guys seen the gamerankings lately? and the insane number gamerankings provides doesn't count destructoid's 10/10 either.
