Looks mostly great, but the foliage and trees need a little work, there's something just a little off about them.
Otherwise, they've obviously put a hell of a lot of effort into the look and feel here.

Exactly what I was thinking. Pretty sure the very realistic lighting actually highlights the "somewhat less" realistic trees, grass, and certain textures. Almost like the uncanny valley: the closer it gets, the more the little things stick out.

Looks great. The average looking trees are a worthwhile trade-off if it runs good with the view distance cranked.

It looks very hot and dusty, which I suppose is right for the area.

Bah! That's what they said about Crysis and I'll have you know it only took me four years to get a PC that could play that.

I'm sure I read somewhere they said most of the assets could be ported straight into the engine bt I'm guessing they want to keep it on 2 because it's super scaleable and they want as big a possible player base and frankly 2 looks pretty good on max settings. It's just the custom DayZ stuff looked like shit, probably because it was rushed/solo.

Interesting. They are working their way up the "canny" side of the uncanny valley. Well done.
