Is ANYONE playing this? The only time I hear about it is on EVE and if I'm playing EVE and they are talking about with me then they aren't playing it either...
I love CCP, they have always been a passionate company to me. Their fan base isn't large, but the customers are loyal and the company stands proud behind the product.
The only problem I've always had playing EVE Online is that it feels like I have to finish medical school before the fun starts.
It's actually into Beta, finally... like, 10 years later. This game will be released about time we all ascend to a higher form of consciousness and don't need PCs anymore.
I've been playing it and it has been pretty fun so far. Lots of customization, probably too much. New weapons have been steadily added. From the video it looks like more are coming. Still has a beta feel to it though, some of the sounds are just plain silly. Some guns sound like toys. Vehicles are awesome though.
I might play this if it were on the PC. I like the idea of EVE, I hate the game and the shenanigans that can happen in the game that completely destroys things people worked towards for years.
This would give me a way to participate in a great game without dealing much with the sociopaths that plague the MMO.
