Rockstar Games has released three new screenshots from its upcoming shooter, Max Payne 3.
Quote:
Dual wielding a deadly weapon in each hand for double the firepower - a staple of Max Payne's gunplay repertoire and a signature element of action in the series alongside Bullet Time and Shootdodge since the very beginning.
In Max Payne 3, the tradition continues and evolves with Max able to dual wield combinations of single-handed weapons, for lethal and versatile pairings of traditional pistols, revolvers and even submachine guns.
what we need, is dual analog sticks controlled with your feet for running and turning, and 2 crosshairs on the screen, with 2 mice hooked up to the computer. then each gun aiming is controlled by each of your hands.

I think they did something like that with Blade II. Not exactly mind you but you could control each arm so you could attack things in front, to the side and behind from one position.
At least that's how I remember it.
I'm just kind of perplexed at how much news I seem to be seeing about Max Payne 3 and dual wielding.
Dual Wielding? I never thought I would live to see the technology exist that could handle firing TWO weapons at the same time.
Can you imagine what this means? No you F-ing cant, thats how. The impactfullness of this shit is so bad to-the-ass. Dude, giant enemy crabs are going to get more massive damage to the weak spot, wait.... with dual wielding the whole crab is the weak spot.
And it doesnt even have to be a gun in the other hand. Maps, laser swords, lanterns.....shields!!!!
