Kalypso Media and Haemimont Games have released the Windows PC system requirements for their upcoming city-building game, Tropico 4.
Quote:
In Tropico 4, players will be put in the boots of El Presidente, the newly elected leader of the island nation, and will be tasked with turning this small backwater banana republic into a feared and respected world power through economic dominance. Tropico 4 takes the gameplay formula that made its predecessor so popular, and adds new features such as interactive disasters, additional superpowers (including China, the Middle East and Europe), expanded political options and much more.

Same engine but honestly they didn't need to change it. Looks beautiful and wasn't very buggy. The only issue (one I find in almost all macromanagement games) is the pathing.

I grabbed tropico 3 on sale the other day and really enjoyed it. My only issue is that there doesn't seem to be a lot of middle ground between overwhelming prosperity and utter collapse. I'm pretty much making 100k per ship or 5k. Oh, and sometimes it won't let you build in places that are clearly unobstructed.

I'm usually experiencing the same issue. But I do love the game!
