Huh. He starts by saying that they listened to the fans' feedback and changed the game accordingly, but other than the one customizable weapon/key he mentions, I didn't hear anything about itemization being improved. . . I got so bored with all the trash I picked up. Nothing ever seemed that good or game-changing. The new enemy with a shield has a neat gimmick, but otherwise it looked like more of the same but without voice-acting. Also, my other big issue with Dragon Age 2 is that there were major decisions that I could not effect, and characters that seemed completely unstoppable in their bullshit. For example, even when siding with mages and protecting them, they'd turn into abominations half the time. Plus, the mage's prison guards (forget their title), were almost all insanely evil. . . it was bad writing from a development house known for good writing and believable characters.

Don't get me wrong. I really enjoyed Dragon Age 2 (much better than the first game IMO), but I don't see any changes to this DLC that address those issues.
