Where's the part where he takes you out back to juice up?
LOL!
Yeah this system is going to fail because it assumes that you are already in MMA shape, and will actually insult you if you don't perform the excercise correctly... historically systems that have a gradual increase in what is required tends to do best.
And Ramsdell isn't exactly the type of trainer I would have promoting my workout...really surprised that NASM signed on for that

The problem with these workout games is that they are for people that have zero motivation to workout anyways.
As for being 41 and these exercises killing you well that also happens to be the age of Chuck Liddell. So if this Kinect exercise game is going to kill you I suggest that you start some sort of exercise program. Randy Couture, a guy featured in the video, is 48.

But randy is a beast! But a 41 year old should be able to do some of the exercises. Other stuff you just have to work out more to be able to reach that level of fitness and strength

Isn't that true of pretty much every fitness/diet product, game-based or not? People with motivation don't tend to buy any of that. They just buy a bike or a ball or whatever.
And for old guys and fitness, read up on Jack LaLanne. Otherwise healthy people can't make honest age-based excuses until well past 41.
