I can't imagine anything with Steve Martin being horrible, even though it tanked at the box office. He's just TOO funny.

The Princess Bride... it's nuts how they're releasing it in TWO editions! Swashbuckling Pirate Edition, and True Love Edition, or whatever. Is anyone actually going to buy both? The pirate edition's got my cash.

And tell us all how Nacho goes... I probably won't be able to see it for a bit, but Jack Black + Jared Hess = Should be awesome, hopefully.

Despite the fact I own all the issues of the MGS comic, I'll probably end up getting the DGN too.....

Steve Martin's a comedy legend. That being said, stay far, far away from the Pink Panther. Treat it like it were a radioactive bomb with sharp pointies on the outside.

That makes me sad.

But then again, Beyonce Knowles is in it, so I can imagine it being *that* bad.

If I were buying DVDs, I'd buy the Swshbuckling Pirate Edition. I think it will find its way onto my Netflix queue though.

A quick review of what is on Amazon right now shows that they are both the same with different covers. Also, according Amazon, they are the Dread Pirate Roberts and Buttercup editions (as opposed to those names).

Fast and Furious comment from IMDB
Quote:
This movie was Fast. This movie was Furious. And all in an okay way. Being a major fan of the franchise, I was eager to see how the third would turn out. Knowing someone in the movie biz, who worked on the movie, Neal H. Moritz (His credits being the producer of the first Fast & Furious Movies, Vin Diesel's xXx, xXx State of the Union, SWAT, and more) I got to be the first of many to go to the World Premiere. The movie was entertaining, not the greatest storyline, but this movie had the most intense and exhilarating car chases, probably ever put on the big screen. Lucas Black, the lead in this movie, playing the cool, car maniac, did a good job to fill the shoes Paul and Vin left behind. If you are a fan of the first two, I do suggest this movie to you. And even if you're not a fan, but you are into the Drift world of Car racing, this is your movie. In my opinion, The FAST & FURIOUS movies, are some of my top favorite movies of all time. So I must say that even with a somewhat weak storyline, this movie did earn the title FAST & THE FURIOUS.
Top favorite movies of all time? Bleh.

While watching "An Inconvenient Truth," the preview for "Lake House" came on. I could not stop laughing whene Keanu said, "I bought a house. On the lake."

Paul Walker and Vin Diesel don't have very big acting shoes to fill.

Lucas "I don't want....your life" Black....LOL.

Fast and Furious: Now with more scantily clad Asian women.

I'm, sold on that. But only on TMN.. That was I can fast forward through all the parts without the women.
