Stabbing dinosaurs in the neck was fun for the length of time of a demo, but I don't see it having enough longevity for a full game.
I will note that I don't mind its use of Quick Time Events for when you have to fight off a dinosaur that's chewing your face. Long QTE chains are either boring or frustrating. Short, frantic ones to avoid something can be fun.
It does have my biggest complaint with demos, though, which is that it doesn't have a screen anywhere that just tells you all the controls. How hard is it to throw up a picture of the controller with little tags for all the buttons? XBLA games seem to manage it just fine.
Are the screen caps taken with the textures and environment settings on low? If not, then the game looks like ass. Granted in the original Turok, you'd be lucky if you could see 5ft infront of you from the ridiculously bad draw distance, but these graphics just seem weak for such a potentially high caliber game.
If they bring back the incredibly unique and violent weapons like the cerebral bore, and the ultimate weapon that blew shit up, then it'll be alright.

Are you basing this off of the screens we've seen or the demo? Have you played the demo? The graphics aren't nearly as bad as what I've seen in the screens.
