Got a nice tip that some viral marketing is going on for GTA IV. It appears some posters have cropped up in various areas across the country. They look like traditional Wanted posters, but features GTA IV characters.
From Wiki:
>>Viral marketing is a marketing phenomenon that facilitates and encourages people to pass along a marketing message voluntarily.[2] Viral promotions may take the form of video clips, interactive Flash games, advergames, ebooks, brandable software, images, or even text messages.<<
Oh man, did you guys read the descriptions of the crimes/criminals on the posters? Funny stuff there, some snide political(ish) commentary. This just made me care about GTA4 again.

Either way, it's kind of cool
But we're only discussing this because it's in relation to GTAIV, not because there's anything uniquely compelling about the poster.
Edit: On second thought, because the poster isn't explicitly advertising GTA, I guess it's intended to be viral. They just don't seem that interesting.
On a tangent note, in Atlanta, there's a building with a side wall painted black and covered with the IV design.
