Joystiq is reporting that Namco Bandai is working on an update for its latest fighting game, Tekken 6.

Those of you taking your King of the Iron Fist Tournament fighters to the internet have been experiencing some major issues, notably: when trying to compete online in any sort of meaningful way, you're met with acute, game-ending connectivity issues. Namco recognized that today and issued a statement stating, "To improve the online game experience for players ... Namco Bandai games is developing a downloadable update which will be available as soon as it has passed rigorous testing procedures."
It IS pretty terrible. The worst of all the 360 online fighters I've tried. I'm glad they're fixing it.
It gets pretty frustrating when the netcode doesn't seem so great in the first place, but on top of that it matches me with people 10,000+ miles away in Korea, Japan, Sweden, Hong Kong, etc over and over again.

Gonna be funny when he have to explain to our children what lag is, they'll have world-wide point to source optical connections that make our current broadband look like the eye of a needle. Spoiled brats >_>
Also..not sure why people bother arguing with teecakes... I sincerely believe now that he is a bot built by Sony and unleashed on small community sites.
