I don't even know anything about Mii's AR code too be honest. I mostly use it to play older games (Metroid 2 and Links Awakening mostly, since I played the FUCK out of those as a kid).

No no. You can make your mii into a pic that other ppl can scan so that they can get them on their 3ds.
Capcom made some special mii's here. Just scan them via the Miicreator.
