2K has a good lineup. XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Civilization V: Gods & Kings, Borderlands 2 and Spec Ops: The Line are all high on my wish list.

I don't mind admitting that I am far more than a little excited about this title. Everything about it looks great so far.

I am ok with the changes I've heard of. As long as the game keeps its complexity like the first one - I honestly don't mind a little bit of the streamlined base. Firaxis hasn't ever really disappointed me in anything I've played that they've worked on.

I'm really excited about this one. One of the two titles out in 2012 that are Day 1 for me.

Since it's rebuild from the blobby black shadow preview I'm significantly more interested.

Different game, the one you're thinking of is just called XCOM and is being developed by 2K Marin.

played the 1st one and haven't touched another since.... i remember it being a lot of fun but also being insanely hard at the same time. Couple good reviews could probably get me back into the series

Yeah the second video was great (and I read the cinematic camera can be disabled for people who don't like it). This game looks so good.

I am so excited for this game. I love X-COM and to see a real X-COM strategy game being made is kinda one of those dream come true situations for me.

It's about time. Valkryia Chronicles was the last time I can remember that game of this type graced retail shelves.
Now someone needs to make an awesome starfighter sim game in the X-Wing/Wing Commander vein...
