The THQ pack is a good deal.

Also Osmos is a good deal. I mean 2 bucks???!?!? Play it once!

Steam should have a subscription model where you get a 10 dollar game for two dollars once every 2 weeks. YOu dont know what you'll get, but its two frikkin dollars!!

I noticed that they did not swap out the deals yet. There was also a "Complete Valve Pack" or something like that for $99. Not as cheap as the THQ one, but for all the people spending $40 bucks on Left 4 Dead 2 alons, it makes the remaining bundle pretty nice for people who don't already have those games. The Lucas Arts bundle had a ton of games in it also.

To be honest, I am really thinking of the Plants Vs. Zombies one. I figure maybe my kids would like it?

I don't mean this in a bad way, but you seriously need to have your head examined if you don't purchase Plants vs. Zombies for $4.99. Your kids will like it, but I bet you won't want to relinquish the game to them.

Also just purchased the THQ pack, that's the biggest chunk of gaming value I've ever seen for 50 bucks, and it isn't full of utter crap OR 15 year old games either, hell the CoH games AND Dawn of War I/II for 50 bucks would be a value itself. No offense to the Lucasarts pack, but I either have the original games of those OR no desire to play games made for either 320x240 or 640x480 on a modern LCD.

It's not?

The regular version is $49.99, the collector's edition is $64.99.

Seriously. That is one hell of a lot of amazing gaming.
I decided to check that out after you mentioned it.

Wow.

I triple-checked the details, because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. After I was certain that I was hallucinating, I made the purchase.
