Yeah I realize this, but I usually take it as a sign they didn't spend much time on the ps3 port.
Is this really a coincidence that so many ports are this way? I'll bet Sony has some input into how default controls should be correlated between consoles as a default layout. That seems to make more sense since it's a pattern that's being seen. This may not be an indication of what you fear at all.
Also..not sure why people bother arguing with teecakes... I sincerely believe now that he is a bot built by Sony and unleashed on small community sites.
Load times on the PS3 are pretty atrocious as well, MP or SP.

Actually I was wondering about that too. I could have sworn I saw that said on here and I was kind of pissed about the 30 second long waiting screens while switching areas in the game (I have it installed to my HD and it STILL takes as almost as long as Mass Effect :\)

I was surprised when I saw a loading screen on one of the videos. Only way I can reconcile it is that within a region there's no loading. Hell, even WoW has loading between regions, so perhaps that's what they mean. I don't know how big a Borderlands region is though.
