Get Street Fighter IV PC for 50% Off on Steam

The weekend deal this week is awesome and everyone should take advantage of it. Steam's got Street Fighter IV available for $19.99.

Quote:
Street Fighter® IV brings the legendary fighting series back to its roots by taking the beloved fighting moves and techniques of the original Street Fighter® II, and infusing them with Capcom's latest advancements in next generation technology to create a truly extraordinary experience that will re-introduce the world to the time-honored art of virtual martial arts.

Everything that made the legendary Street Fighter II a hit in the arcades, living rooms and dormitories across the globe has been brought back in Street Fighter IV. Players can play their favorite classic characters, such as Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li and Guile, along with new characters, including Crimson Viper, Abel, El Fuerte, and Rufus. Characters and environments are rendered in stylized 3D, while the game is played in the classic Street Fighter 2D perspective with additional 3D camera flourishes. Six-button controls for the game return, with a host of new special moves and features integrated into the gameplay system. Street Fighter IV brings a brand new fighting game to fans the world over.

Fuuuuuuuuuuck.

This thing installed games for windows live on my PC. Without asking or warning, fuck.

Didn't they know that I already have steam installed and didn't want another software to manage my games?

If I knew this I would have though twice before buying it... dammit

the quick answer is: yes it will

the longer one: it might, because it requires "UHCI - USB 1.1", a Proprietary Intel Standard. You can find this present if you have a VIA chipset on your board (nvidia chipsets will not work !). for more details on this read http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=175047.
I had to pick up a very cheap usb controller thats supports uhci for under 10 bucks and it works great with it. love my mame now tons.

50% off is making it tempting for me, but 1$ != 1€ valve !

I haven't played with them yet but some of those skins are downright impressive based on screen shots and youtube.
