New Force Unleashed Mission Now Available

Shacknews is reporting that new DLC is available for the Xbox 360 version of LucasArts Star Wars: Force Unleashed, including a new mission and a new pack of character skins.

Quote:
The Jedi Temple Mission Pack, priced at 800 Microsoft Points ($10), brings Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice to Coruscant and the ruins of its Jedi Temple as our action game protagonist searches for more information on his father.

The second 400 Microsoft Point ($5) Character Pack adds a variety of new player skins, including Republic Trooper, Tatooine Luke, Ben Kenobi, Jedi Master Plo Koon, Count Dooku, Jango Fett, and C-3PO along with three new costumes: Utility Combat Suit Apprentice, Animated-style Apprentice, and Spirit Apprentice.

It's not a new mission for $10. It's a mission that was already in the Wii and PS2 versions for $10.

As much as I enjoyed TFU, I just don't think the amount of content justifies the price. I'd have probably gone for it at half the current price.

Can anyone advise the length of the mission, and how interesting it was?

What? No PS3 Love Lucas? Shame at this point in the game I dont understand why everyone hasnt sold out and gone both platforms for everything. Thats one step closer to Just releasing ONE console and then everyone can charge what they want cause there is no comp.

Hard to say. there were like 4 or 5 repeated variations of the same mission on the Wii version, you basically did it between each level. Kill a bunch of storm troopers, fight a vision of a long-dead sith lord, eventually fight a vision of your father. It's pretty boring, and can be beaten in 10 minutes or less.
