GRID 8 Ball Car Pack

EuroGamer is reporting that Codemasters has released the 8 Ball car pack for their new 4-letter racing game, GRID.

The 8 Ball pack, which we first heard about in September, costs 800 Microsoft Points (GBP 6.80 / EUR 9.60) on Xbox Live, or GBP 6.29 / EUR 7.99 on the PlayStation Store, which uses real money and not some invented currency that might as well be twigs and biscuits.

Inside the 8 Ball pack is an array of purring motors: McLaren F1 GTR, TVR Cerbera Speed 12, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, Honda S2000, Nissan GT-R (S-G2008), VW Nardo, Pontiac Firebird Trans AM and Volvo C30.

At this point, I'd rather spend my money on the recently announced Dirt 2.

If Grid had been made a Games for Windows Live title, you would have gotten said car pack.

I know everyone just hates me for saying it, but all PC games need to go to GFWL sooner rather than later.
