The Xbox 360 has outsold the PlayStation 3 for the third week in a row in Japan, although hardware sales have been on the decline even while the software charts stay busy.
This could be attributed to any number of things. Market saturation with the PS3, lack of jRPGs on the PS3... but it's still a minor victory for Microsoft and their jRPG heavy lineup.
I'm still amazed at how horrible SCEJ has dropped the ball this gen. They are giving all their development money to the west funding stuff like Lair, Killzone 2, and Home (not talking quality but dollars spent) and not investing any of that in Japan game development.
They really brought this on themselves and there is no worse kind of shame for them to be outsold by the 360 in their home country.
This flame war is kind of tame. I mean... yes, people are saying idiotic things (What's with the whom?) but 9 posts? I'm starting to think the console wars are becomming irrelevant and people are enjoying games without having to insult each other for having different tastes. Which is kind of what I want, so um... thanks.

I think we're all so bruised and battered from the wars, that we just don't care enough to flame about it anymore. Now, everyone is saving their energy for the next generation . . .
