[Rumor] - MegaMan 9 Confirmed Coming To PSN/XBLA?

Today, it seems Capcom has registered a Mega Man 9 game with the OFLC, the rating board for games in Australia. No platform is specified, but a dual release for both PSN and XBLA is rumored, and it does say multiplatform. You can check out the listing yourself.

GREAT idea. I think Capcom was onto something with the Mega Man/Mega Man X remakes for the PSP... Releasing them as DLC could work, especially if the do the PS3/PSP combo release.

man, i sure miss the original Megaman.........i was so attached to the traditional blue bomber that i found it hard to like megamanX, even though those are pretty good games

recently i hooked up my Dreamcast via VGA to my HDTV and played as megaman in CannonSpike..........ahhhhh, good times

New. Mega Man and Bass was a spinoff. Fans called it MM9 for some reason, but Capcom never did.

All Capcom needs to do is throw together a half-assed selection of stages and bosses while finally explaining all the mysteries between the classic series and the X series, and they'll have easily printed a good stack of money.
