505 Games and Serellan today announced the Steam pre-order program for TAKEDOWN: Red Sabre which will be released this September for $14.99

The pre-order features the "Red Sabre Deadly Killhouse" unlock which gives players access to the highly challenging, single-player Tango Hunt map designed by Christian Allen, the TAKEDOWN: Red Sabre's designer and head of Serellan. This map will prep players for MP mode by allowing them to test and refine their load out combinations while perfecting lethal search and destroy skills.

I hope this is as good as the old Rainbow Six games. The only thing game that (sort of) comes close recently is Breach & Clear.

I long for the gameplay of the old Rainbow Six games. I remember running a Rogue Spear server back in the 90s, so many good memories.

Raven Shield and Planetside ate up an entire summer of mine. Good times and this looks like it has potential.

I second that. I played co-op with my brother. LOVED it. Hope this title is decent.

All these Rainbow Six fans. I want a game more like SWAT 4... Rainbow Six was always a little too fast and focused on pulling the trigger.

I would love to see another SWAT title. I played the hell out of the Police Quest series and SWAT 3/4.
