More of the same, but in the best way possible. What I want to see is a persistent, open world of epic proportions. A whole sea and several ports!

I'm sold on this game. I loved the sea battles in AC3.

Looks good (never played any of the previous ones), but aren't they kinda rushing it? Or is that franchise now an annual release alongside CoD and Madden? AC3 just came out not long ago.

Yup, still have my copy sitting shrink wrapped whilst I power through revelations.

Somewhat ridiculous that a story originally conceived as a trilogy is now a yearly franchise....simply serves to water down what was an interesting narrative concept for the sake of $$.

You can only string the audience along for so long before they wise up or begin to feel fatigued from playing what essentially is the same game repackaged with little to no plot development.

My first thought watching it: "Look how real the hair is! finally, hair that mimics reality almost completely. It's at least 95% correct depiction. Not floaty at all, not falsely-weighted."

This seems to be the first sequel that doesn't move forward in time.
If the Blackbeard in the trailer is THE Blackbeard,he died in 1722.
American Revolution didn't start until 1770's. So, I wonder how this will tie into the whole AC mythos.

Well the trailer is cool, but 3 was a let down. And I didn't care for sea levels. Plus the leap backwards in the time frame.

And what the fuck?! Why is the assassin always the most well known person around? He sucks at his job.
