Day 1 one for me. To anyone who has played it is it like Skyrim (very open) or more like Mass Effect/Dragon Age (with branching paths but more focused)?

Each chapter has their own areas. For example chapter 1 has a town and a large forest/swamp, ruins, caves, etc.

No, there is full frontal nudity, crotch and ass shots, and sex scenes, but no explicit porn-like scenes or anything.
