Runic Teases Torchlight Mod Tools With Assets Release

Travis Baldree from Runic Games just threw a bunch of assets up on Filefront for people to download. What are they? Basically something just to tease modders and get them salivating for the actual release of the mod tools.

Love the game so far. Quick question -- when you start getting glancing blows, does it mean the weapon you're using is too far below your character level? The damage on my gun is perfect for where I am, but it's a unique that is 16 levels below me, and right after I leveled up I started getting just glancing blows if I used ricochet. Normal shots seemed just fine. (I'm level 34, gun is level 18)
