Kotaku posted an article today detailing a Metal Gear Rex Statue made by toy company threeA and you can see the pictures at the end of this article. Some companies know how to hit my wallet and HARD (see: Altair Outfit). Its estimated that the statue could cost upwards of $400 and while I may not have that kind of money to just toss around I'd be very tempted to start saving for one of these statues just to have it. Sure it'd sit on my desk and stare at me but what better way to Re-Play Metal Gear Solid...

I love my Trackball mouse. Really, I do. I don't have to move my hand and I can lean back (see picture) in my desk and move my mouse all around the screen. However at least twice a day I have to take the ball out and clean off the knobs that hold the ball in. Its not exactly dirt that builds up, it looks like skin flakes or just random shit that floats in the air here at work. I'm not quite sure what I clean off this thing, but let me tell you it gets annoying.

Yesterday in the midst of work, I did something strange that I don't think I would ever do... I grabbed my USB to IDE connector, plugged in an old hard drive, and copied over every single MP3 on my desktop and deleted them from my local machine. Over the years, I had accumulated a plethora of absolute garbage ripped in a variety of different ways and at a million different qualities. Why? Because I was lazy... I never took the time to deal with it properly and now I had an unorganized mess of files....
