DS Gets Web Browser & TV Tuner

Joystiq (http://www.joystiq.com/) is reporting (http://www.joystiq.com/2006/02/15/ds-web-browser-and-tv-tuner-announced/#comments)that Nintendo unveiled a new web browser application for the Nintendo DS as well as a TV Tuner cartridge. Opera will be sold for the DS in June. Tetris DS, the online version, will be sold as a budget title.

I'm really happy about Tetris being a budget title. I am planning on getting it but didn't want to fork out full price if possible.

Nintendo announced that a non-firmware web-browser add-on from Opera and a 1Seg Digital TV Tuner add-on will be arriving for the DS in Japan. There's no word yet on bringing these add-ons to the West
