Check out the trailer for Bigben interactive's Cyberbike courtesy of their YouTube channel.

The game lets you ride "some of the most improbable vehicles ever imagined" and features a total of 18 different circuits on land, sea and air, with the options to upgrade your ride with various new accessories.

seriously though, I'm gonna have to do a hell of a controller mod for a comfortable seat. I will use this to no end if it works well for mario kart...

Heh, you have to admire this move. It's really brilliant. You don't need to convert people who don't already ride, you just need to create a buzz among those who already do, many of whom are women with children that already own a Wii. And the ad is well produced without being patronizing. I wish them much success!

Actually seems pretty neat. I wonder if there's any levels of resistance with pedaling though.

Yeah, you could see her cranking up the resistance on the bike, that's a standard feature.
