Three trailers for Splinter Cell: Double Agent have appeard on Google Video. Two are pre-rendered and the other is of the next-gen version of the game, but a very dark shakey-cam recording. There is crossover in videos one and two, but both contain footage the other does not.
Cutscene Trailer 1 (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1553006611402762176) (public health warning: overexcited American voiceover)
Cutscene Trailer 2 (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=9081382401430561284) (recut version of video 1, a little longer) - high-res version available at www.splintercell.com
X05 Double Agent Next-Gen Teaser (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3587800586495098820) (shakey cam, very dark)
Plot has never been one of Splinter Cell's stronger points. Looks like Ubi are trying to change that with Double Agent. I'm interested...

I'm loving what they're doing with the story here. Shaking up the gameplay is certainly a welcome change as well. With GRAW shaping up to be near-perfect (according to che @ 1up), looks like Ubi is going to own my gaming time again this year. After I'm done with Oblivion, of course :)
Also, EGM has an exclusive preview of nex-gen Rainbow 6 next month. w00t! Ubi + 360 ftw.

You know, Microsoft could do worse than sign an exclusivity agreement with Ubi for the Tom Clancy franchise... Ubi have been one of the biggest third-party supporters for Microsoft's consoles since their inception. It would be money well spent, I think.

The last "next-gen" trailer was already posted here weeks ago. Oh, and it's CG by the way.
There is a much, much better version floating around of that last video (with the water droplet). But since it's CG - who cares?

It's Computer Graphics / Computer Generated? Wow, who would have thought??? Isn't all game footage CG?
I think the expression you're stumbling for is pre-rendered.

Nice one Reanimated, I had the exact same thought when I read fitbabits comment. Oh well...we can't have everything I guess. I'll have to check those out when I get home, our network admins here have those sites blocked for some corporate reason.
