RA3 is fairly fun on PC, I'm sure that it's similar.

I'm confused. I thought this was an expansion pack for those who already have RA3. Is it a separate game that does not require RA3? I'm waiting for the PSN version but I would expect it to be pretty similar to the XBL version.
