If I had the equipment I'd conduct all interviews by air. We gotta get internet phone working for you guys.

Thanks for the kind words. I'll be talking to the station manager this week to see if computer-to-studio audio conversation can be arranged. Here's hoping.

Very nice! Lets my ears catch up on the latest news while my eyes are busy playing World Of Warcraft. Keep up the good work.

Give us a TS server! No one can work that VOIP shit, anyone who's been near a clan/guild knows TS or Vent though.

Also you need to be more offensive, nerdy innocense can only go so far.

Sci-fi MMOG is also City of Heroes/Villians.

The quest Sony pretended was in the game but wasn't was the one which would unlock the Froglock race.

And MS have been complete jackoffs this gen, settling to know Australia isn't the only one getting screwed.

I'm working on figuring out of I can make computer-to-studio audio communication work or not, as I mentioned above. We (as in the station manager and myself) should hopefully be able to work something out within a few months, so it's definitely on the list. But a TS or Vent server? How would we not keep that from devolving into utter chaos? :p

That's how I use podcasts too! Glad you're enjoing. :)

I thought about mentioning that, but I'm not sure if I'd call it 'sci-fi' persay. It could fit in theory, but I almost feel like it's more it's own little thing.

Ah-ha. Good to know what the fuck that deal was all about.

The PAA (Penny Arcade Alliance) TS server has channels in it, seems you can even password protect some channels so it's just a matter of giving each caller you want on the air the password. Since you only take one call between music breaks, it'd be pretty easy to change the password in that time so you'll only ever have the one "caller" on.

Very interesting. I'll do some more digging around and seeing if I can work that out once I know we're for sure able to do computer-to-studio stuff.
