this convinced me to buy guitar hero 5 at launch. I was already planning on picking it up in the future, but free GH:Van Halen combined with the fact that all the songs from Van Halen can be moved onto Guitar Hero 5 pretty much cemented the deal.

Yah....I am a VAN HALEN freak...LOVE THEM...but wasnt going to buy GH5 at all until this deal came along.

WTF? Alarm bells are going off. They are offering a free yet unreleased game with another brand new game?

I smell a stinker or two.

My recommendation is approach with caution and perhaps a biohazard suit because you normally get what you pay for.

I am thinking they know that Eddie pissed off a TON of the VH loyal by excluding both Sammy and Mike. I think it would affect sales.

i was watching tv recently and i saw an advert saying that if we buy guitar hero 5 bundle we get guitar hero world tour free with it! so i guess we get world tour and you guys get van halen free. i think i prefer world tour to van halen
