Colossal New Content for PAL Release

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has announced that the PAL release of Shadow of the Colossus (http://www.pro-g.co.uk/news/nid/72/2192/) will come complete with special packaging and exclusive new content.

The bonus content comes in the form of new behind the scenes material and interviews. Interviews with Ueda and Kaido-san offer an insight into how the massive production was put together. Also on the disc will be a full image gallery including unseen concept sketches, in-game stills, and the original trailer to the cult classic ICO.

Why does the PAL version get all of these special goodies and not the NA release?

Sure, we've had it since October, but still. Grr...

Too bad you can't register a game so that when they do things like this, those of us who got the non-special version would be able to receive a DVD extra disc with all the other goodies.

You beat me to it. What's the bets that when this drops to Greatest Hits it'll come with all the bells and whistles the PAL folks are getting. Kinda like VF4: Evolution.

Everybody deserves to share in colossal bells and whistles at the same time. We don't even get a bell for months after you lot on a lot of titles, perhaps it's only right therefore that we get the whistles first thereafter, however colossal.
