Major Nelson tweeted (http://twitter.com/majornelson/status/3380695906)this morning about the two "newest" games to see the Games on Demand Service (http://majornelson.com/archive/2009/08/18/games-on-demand-saints-row-and-rockstar-table-tennis.aspx): Saints Row (3000 Microsoft points) and Rockstar Table Tennis (2000 Microsoft points).

$37.50 for Saint's Row 2? Geez.
$20 and $30 I can totally get, but $40 is ridiculous.

Yeah, MS can go fuck themselves and these outrageous prices. I can buy Table Tennis for $10 NEW anywhere I want.

It's for the first Saints Row, not the second. I mean, the first game is clearly the better game but the price is even more ridiculous. Saints Row was released in 2006.

Major Nelson screwed up his pictures then, time to change!

I disagree. Saint's Row 2 is awesome - especially online. But I agree that the price is even more ridiculous for the first one.

Wow, that's pretty crazy pricing. I wouldn't even pay $30 for Saints Row 2 at this point, $20 at most.

Saints Row 2 is down to $11 disc only online, which prompted me to purchase it this past weekend. It is a lot of fun, although I feel like it is the better half of a two-part game that includes the physics and graphics from GTA 4. Either way the prices listed on demand are an insult.

I can't get even $20 or $30 for a 3-year-old game.
Fuck them, but fuck the people who support this pricing by buying it even more.

The game shown was Saint's Row 2 when I posted that. $20 is the top I'd pay for a title as old as Saint's row. $30 would be fine for Saint's Row 2, but 37.50 for either is absolutely retarded.

You might want to put the correct prices on both games. Both are 2400 points, in the US at least. Saints Row is still overpriced, but not to a crazy extent, and Rockstar Table Tennis is even more expensive than it should be.

they could have chosen a better list of games... maybe then that would make the prices seem a little more plausible.
