Me too. That package is like a "best of" in FPS gaming. If you are even remotely interested in FPS games and don't own this package you are truly missing out.

I'll probably get Half Life 1 again, just so I can have it on Steam. I tried my key already on steam, and it didn't load it automatically.

We'll have to start another 'Who Wants My Extra Copy of Half-Life 2?' thread in the PC forum after this weekend.

I think Valve may have hit a new record of selling for PC games that I'm not aware of, but it seems most times the thread just sits there until someone google free games e fall here, 1 post in hand trying to get the game.

I think 99% of all gamers have either (or both) half-lives. Or one full-life if you may.

I really, really want to know how many copies they sold untill today.

All I know is that I will get half-life source because I want to replay it with extra crispy quality.

Am I the only person who wasn't blown away by Half-Life 2? There were too many stretches where nothing really happened, and the ending was just bad.

Sweet, so the final three people out there who dont already own all of these on the PC can finally catch up.

My first run through, I felt the same way. I'm, playing through it again and having a really good time. Having gotten good with the gravity gun, I tend to play by throwing stuff when I can. It's more satisfying than shooting the underwhelming guns.

I just thought, is it a prenounce of HALF-LIFE 3 (aka HL2EP3)?

It would be a good way to remind people of the IP before launching HL3 and making a gazillion dollars.

I sure as hell NEED to see the end of the story. Will pre-order the moment I see it and will schedule vacations in the week it is off.

they still need to release Episode 3, before anything like HL3 is going to be announced.

I'm one of those people...however, I still won't be buying it...FPSes just arn't my thing. Played half life when it first came out, never finished it, never played any other half-life...unless you count counter-strike, which I pretty much sucked at.

You're missing out on some great times by passing those up. The multiplayer aspect alone makes the Half-Life series worth its weight in gold. Counter-Strike takes a decent amount of time to get used to because of its more realistic damage system when compared to regular Half-Life or TFC/TF2. Overall, it's less of a run-and-gun game; typically, those who try to Rambo it up are just going to end up dying first and sitting out the rest of the round.
