Kombo (http://ps3.kombo.com/article.php?artid=10613)passes along word that LBP will see more costumes and this time it'll be in the form of a "history" pack. You will be able to download costumes of Mozart, Genghis Kahn, Ada Lovelace and Boudica for $2.99 on August 13th. Also available on August 13th will be the "history kit" that will have new objects, decorations and other items that are similarly themed for $3.99.

Click the headline for costume pictures.

I love LBP, but I'm starting to get a little put off by the costume flood. I'd also prefer if this history kit came with more objects and less stickers. Stickers are useless.

That Genghis Khan outfit DOES look pretty sweet, though . . .

Mozart and Genghis Khan? Why didn't they just release a complete
"Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" costume pack?

CUT TO THE CHASE!

As long as they include Rufus . . . sure, why not?

They should have just called the game Little Big Microtransaction.

heh That's kind of random, but kind of cool I guess. I get the Ada choice, but why the other 3 as opposed to the thousands of other possibilities?

Joystiq says the kit also includes music and a background, that might make the kit more worthwhile for people making maps.

4 Objects: Chinese Bell, Egyptian Mask, Ancient Greek Vase, Gothic Gargoyle
5 Materials: Antique Maps, Islamic Tiles, Egyptian Hieroglyphs, Cave Painting, Tapestry
13 Decorations Including Roman Plaque, Persian Brooch, Laurel Wreath
140 Themed stickers
Sounds: 'Sounds of yore'
Music: 'The Chrysalis of Eternity' by Kenneth Young
Background: The Pantheon

Anyone know if any of the MM devs are uploading maps as users? Would be a cool PR alternative to selling the maps with the kits.
