Geek.com (http://www.geek.com/articles/games/littlebigplanet-psp-preview-same-bigplanet-just-littler-20090727/) had a chance to test out Little Big Planet at Comic-Con this last week and brings us word that it plays and looks almost identical to the PS3 version.
For everyday play, Sackboy still appears in all his high-definition glory, and there’s no appreciable decrease in image quality, whether in the amount of objects on screen or detail in individual textures.
Controls, like the visuals, are identical to the PlayStation 3 incarnation of the game. The handheld lacks two shoulder buttons that the PS3’s DualShock3 controller has, but as the L2 and R2 buttons just moved Sackboy’s hands as a fun bonus, none of the actual control or gameplay has needed reworking.
