GTR's (http://www.gamertagradio.com/) lastest podcast (http://www.gamertagradio.com/vbportal/modules.php?s=&name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=43) features an audio interview with Dan "Shoe" Hsu from EGM. What he had to say about the Xbox 360 & why he gave a low score review to Perfect Dark Zero? The 200th issue of EGM has the best games of [their] time. Get this issue and let us know if you agree or disagree with the top 200 list that were picked by the staff from EGM.

We also had the chance to interview Tony Hynes Xbox MVP Lead (Microsoft). For those that would like to be a future MVP then check this interview out.

oh BULLSHIT. He asked Hsu nothing but easy questions, this is just PR for gameinformer magazine.

When is the media going to realize they're just being used.....oh wait, thats pretty much how it always goes.

*note, I haven't listened to the podcast yet, but can anyone who has tell me if at any point they start listing synonyms for plaigarism and ask if he knows what they mean?

More news about Dan "I got my fifteen minutes for being a hack" Hsu? Isn't this over yet?

This interview was taken before the Peter M. interview was published - so it was not discussed. I thought it was an interesting interview and worth a listen.

The most interesting thing to me around this topic will be to see what happens in the future. I feel that the 360s launch was pretty strong and the Rev and PS3 have their work cut out for them to do better. If this is the case, it will be interesting to see if this new trend of journalism will continue with the other 1st parties.

I'm not usually a big fan of "top X games" list, but to be fair, their list was the 200 *most important games of their time*. Not 200 best games of all time. Which kind of makes sense. Sort of... What doesn't make sense is why everyone prints the nickname "Shoe" when referring do Dan Hsu. Is there some contractual thing, like Michael Jackson supposedly forcing MTV to refer to him as the "King of Pop." Or did he actually change his middle name to double quote, shoe, double quote? We need some hard-hitting journalism to find the answers!

this is just PR for gameinformer magazine.

Um, he doesn't write for Game Informer Magazine.

Also, you guys might want to fix the top story: the list in the 200th issue of EGM isn't "Best games of All Time". It's the 200 "Best Games of Their Time". So it's ranked in order of what the editors believe had the biggest effect upon its release. Very big difference.

The people chose to interview him, right? It's not him forcing it down your throat. What the fuck are you so bitter about?

I just would like to see all podcasts have transcripts so that I may skim them at my leisure for the information I actually care about. Added benefit for the hearing impaired.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but, yeah, "shoe" is what he calls himself.

Or, leastways, what he was always called in EGM.

Yeah, just a nickname that's become common place for him.

So can anyone dish on the top 5? I really do have the magazine waiting at home for me, but I won't see it for a few weeks ...

Christ, I should remember this, but for the life of me I cannot.
