Edge Online has posted word (http://www.edge-online.com/news/ea-loses-visceral-execs-to-activision) that two Electronic Arts executives who were in charge of the EA rebranded studio, Visceral Games, have jumped ship to join the Activision bandwagon.
Visceral Games’ general manager, Glen Schofield, and COO, Michael Condrey, have reportedly jumped ship to join a new Activision development studio in the San Francisco Bay Area.
According to GameSpot sources, Activision’s intense recruiting process for its as yet unnamed new studio meant the pair's departure had been rumoured for weeks.
An excellent opportunity for them. I'm sure it will be motivating for them to make the exact same game next year that they make this year.
