Looks like Nathanial Drake will be back in action come October 13th with his brand new adventure, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Sadly, there appear to be a plethora of different goodies you can get, from pre-ordering your game from different retailers. I'm getting pretty sick of this exclusive pre-order garbage.

What happened to the days of T-shirts or soundtrack CDs, and having them at every store not exclusive DLC packs at certain stores that give you a leg up.

I hate that my company is doing it too. :\

Phhhh - T-shirts ended up with store employees instead of users AND they are expensive. Soundtracks scored poorly as inducements to preorder.

Wow, earlier than I expected, can't wait for it!

So many great games coming out.
- Left 4 Dead 2
- Modern Warfare 2 (WITH NIGHTVISION GOGGLES!!!)
- Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack In Time
- Uncharted 2

Other than that I'm going to buy Monster Vs Aliens, Transformers 2 and Star Trek on Blu-Ray. Goona be an expensive fall.

I hate the box, anyway doesnt matter. Game is day one buy for me.

The Uncharted 1 bundle would be good. I could give it to a friend.

I'll be renting. Never knew why people were so excited about this Tomb Raider clone. I like the writing in it, but the combat was incredibly redundant and boring. Same crap over and over. . . I know it's just there to split up the puzzle sequences, but I found myself sighing each time enemies showed up.

Maybe it's just that the whole cover-system thing has been done to death. . . but in games with more exciting weapons.

Anyway, hopefully they improve the combat, keep the great story (Joss Whedon write this one too?) and make the game less short (the original could be easily beat in a day or two as it is 8 hours long) with good multiplayer and/or a much more expansive single-player.

I'd like a Uncharted 2 bundle that includes the first game.

This is my choice for a bundle. Heck have it include a downloadable version of the first Uncharted, that would be sweet.

I guess I will go with Best Buy for the gold weapons, even though I think I will be having the most fun with the co op and the single player.

Does anyone know if this is a worldwide date? If not, anyone know the dates for other regions? Day one purchase/import for me.
