Hey, you! Yeah, you behind the bushes! You want a PS3 with two really solid titles? How's about you head over to Best Buy (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9401417&st=killzone+2&lp=3&type=product&cp=1&id=1218099072505) and grab the 80GB PS3 Bundle with both Killzone 2 and Metal Gear Solid 4 for the normal 80GB PS3 price of $399?
This is a great deal... go get it!

Same as the Walmart deal (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10756398) minus the free Bluray Movie, but Best Buy's got the better games.

Actually, if you like sports titles (for replay value I guess) over AAA titles Walmart is probably the way to go.

Or you could wait for the price drop and the Slim and pick up these games used for around $20 each (if you want them).

It's a good bundle. But I might have swapped out the KZ2 for Uncharted. But that's just me.

I just replayed Uncharted now that my roommate has a PS3 and I have to wonder what all the fuss was about.
Don't get me wrong. This is a fun Tomb Raider clone with a story that is better than most Tomb Raiders, but the fighting was very boring with simple weapons that we've seen in every shooter before and the same old enemies in the same old fights over and over.
The story in Uncharted definitely shines as the dialogue is great, and the graphics and jumping portions of the game are cool too. . . but the repetitive and mundane fighting along with the complete lack of innovation in the puzzles really make me wonder why people seem so in love with this title.
Plus, for dollar value - it's only 8 hours long! (So happy that the second one has online, but I hope they make the fighting more interesting so that online is worth mentioning).
Admittedly, it is better than half the Tomb Raider games as half of them were crap, but if sent to a desert island and given the option of Tomb Raider: Legend (the best Tomb Raider) or Uncharted, I wouldn't spend even a second choosing Lara over Drake.

They are trying to clear out stock of the fat unit.

Well since I have absolutely no interest in either of those games (or the Blu-Ray format) I believe I will pass on that offer thanks.

Uncharted is better then any of the tomb raiders ever released. The combat in tomb raider is terrible. I have played them all and I never enjoyed myself as much as I did with Uncharted.

The combat is not the focus in Tomb Raider, but it doesn't seem to be in Uncharted either. . . It's so much of the same over and over. Did you really have much fun shooting a shotgun that required 5 shots to take out a guy 20 feet away (or two shots at 10 feet away. . . ridiculous drop off in damage especially as you can one-shot with pistol headshots) or the assault rifle that became inaccurate after 3 bullet bursts (which is fine, but it was less powerful than the default pistol which again gave one-shot headshots so they had identical gameplay). Occasionally, you get a grenade launcher with very limited ammo to take out a gun, but then you kill 2 more dudes and have to drop it. . . So few weapons. It was the same damn thing over and over. . . headshot 30 dudes with your pistol, jump around on jump puzzles that do nothing new and shoot 30 more dudes with pistol headshots.
It's not a bad title and is definitely worth playing through the story and the art once, but I don't understand why people are that into it. Tomb Raider Legend had a ton of great puzzles and while the combat was just as easy/mundane, they didn't put as much of it in the game.
