Mass Effect Galaxy is an iPhone spin off of the ME universe (previously called Mass Effect: Jacob's Story). AppGamer (http://appgamer.net/news/2009/jun/23/confirmed-complete-mass-effect-galaxy-mass-effect-2-game-reward/) is reporting that those willing to head through the pint sized adventure will be rewarded with... something... in Mass Effect 2.
After beating the iDevice game players can login with their EA account confirming their accomplishment. Doing so results in the following message...
"Your reward for completing the game is already waiting for you in Mass Effect 2"
Neat incentive... too bad you've gotta have an iPhone/iPod Touch.

I do believe the "Jesus Phone" is one of mankind's greatest inventions. :D Now it is time for Apple to move to Verizon; I will never go back to AT&T.
OT, Mass Effect on my iPod Touch makes me warm and fuzzy. :p

If your 360 gamertag is linked to your EA account then your 360 will find out the first time you fire it up online.

Too bad I bought a MICROSOFT Zune. 120g of memory and the Zune pass were the selling points anyway.

I downloaded the IPhone application last night. Honestly have not had much of a chance to tinker around with it to give a proper review. Roughly, lots of load screens hurt. The "Story" is done with really nice looking artwork, it simply looks GREAT on my little phone. The combat mode seems okay, however I fear the performance issues I have read about ( I have yet to see any in the 15-20 mins that I have played ).
However for something based on an RPG to not have any leveling up or fat loot .. seems like a mistake. I do expect to get $5 worth of entertainment out of simply playing through the story section of the game, maybe even more than once based on all the options they present.
This thing is just so much better than the majority of the other crap that I have downloaded for my phone.
