Fat Princess Not Ready For Her Public

The much anticipated PSN title 'Fat Princess' will not be released in June as had previously been suggested. The game features bright cartoon graphics and strategy gameplay.

It looks like the much anticipated cake binging/capture the flag sim Fat Princess, which was promised to hit the PSN sometime in June, will not make its initial release window. Playstation.Blog Europe's Mike Kebby confirmed that while the game would have a global release date, said date won't be next week, and that we can expect the highly frosted gore fest to drop "at some point this summer."

I'm looking forward to fat princess, but not as much as I was Castle Crashers which everyone seems to want to lump this in with. This seems completely multiplayer focused while CC could be enjoyed multiplayer or single.

I do think you are right that this is multiplayer focused, but there is some kind of a single player game included in both Fat Princess and the handheld version of Fat Princess.

I hope they drag out the campaign or include 'bots' for the handheld version. I don't see any way for me to get eight people with PSP's together all in the same spot. Heh.

I am sad about this. I hope it sees a July release. Between this and the new Battlefield, I was feeling my summer would be busy. So hopefully this comes out soon.
