Parts of it have, many a time. The internet is a collection of servers from all over the globe, Xbox live is a centralized service in one location.

Am I the only one left with a freezing Xbox after trying unsuccessfully to download the Magic game? My console now freezes everytime I log on with my user on the Dashboard, but not in-game...

Can you clear your download queue from the webpage and then re-add the game from your 360?

I know my XBox freezes everytime it tries to access my friends list or go into the guide sometimes.

The game had actually fully downloaded already. Trying to recover my Gamertag also froze the system. I had to take off the hard drive and rescue the Gamertag to a MU to fix it.
