Medal of Honor Airborne graces the cover of the new Game Informer. The next game in the long-running franchise is scheduled for a Fall 2006 release on the PS2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox 360, and PC. The game runs on the next-generation version of RenderWare. Incuded in the magazine are screenshots that are a mix of "target video" and real-time PS3 hardware.
I'm kind of excited about the new MOH game, but I wonder if EA can recapture the glory that was snatched away by Call of Duty and other, better WWII shooters?

Medal of Honor Allied Assult was a great game, it was all downhill from there though.

After having a lot of fun with Allied Assault (minus the sniper town) I bought Pacific Assault for $10 and that was a waste of time and money. I just kept playing it hoping it would improve a bit but it sure didn't!
And am I the only one who thinks pre-rendered "Target Video" is the dumbest concept in the history of game consoles.

"Call of Duty" pretty much is "Medal of Honor," or at least what it was. Infinity Ward is the MOH team that jumped ship from EA a couple years back. Gearbox's work has also been exceptional.

One version to rule them all?
Separate versions for consoles and pc was one of the few smart things EA ever did.

Actually the team who made MOH:AA was 2015. Most of the people left 2015 to form Infinity Ward. EA just published MOH:AA.

Should I....Should I? Yeah.
Call of Duty > Medal of Honor
Of course you should, especially when it's something so unquestionably true.

:p
Seriously though, EA sucks. They publish some good games but develop nothing worthwhile on their own.

Holy crap... that's... insanely photorealistic.
Can that be the real deal, though ?!?
Thanks for the link, Borys. That definitely rekindled my interest in this title!

Call of What 2?
In terms of graphics maybe but Call Of Duty 2 will still be a better game.
