I was hoping it would be when you said that, after that vid gotta say no.

Too long and not what I was hoping for. I was expecting pure photo realism from them after all this time and with forza 3 on its way I see no reason to get excited. Trico...now there is a reason to own 3 ps3's just in case. This..not so much.

I would say its easily in game engine with camera all over, as its just not as impressive as I was expecting, from the dev and the time spent.

The cars look better then the Forza 3(Or will it be 4?) cars but not by much. They seem to have added vehicle damage but to what degree.

Having Nascar/WRC racing is a nice bonus for sure, would of been interesting to see F1 too.

If I remember correctly from the press conference, that is all in-game footage.

No release date was a huge disappointment...I always thought that GT wasn't into crash damage?

Is anybody else happy to see EA's exclusive deals vanishing? Nothing better than having competition to push the envelope in games.

I think the scope and polish of this game looks incredible.

However I don't play sim racers, so its just something to look at while I wait for the next "playable" game to come out.

Wow, these graphics will induce awesome-gasms from people with HDTVs! The official licenses and unprecedented amount of cars in-game will no doubt be enough to have car enthusiasts swear a blood oath to GT5 when it comes out.

probably the best racing game I've seen, most of the time I thought I'm looking at real footages. Seriously Forza has nothing on this game.

if you can race the Nascar online w/ other peeps. count me as sold day 1. though I doubt it can top NR03's online implementation.

THe grans turismo series was the first and only reason I have ever owned a sony gaming product. Still not enough to get a ps3 but I can get it for my friend so I'll still be able to experience it.

It won't equal NR03's online racing which is sad. Looks like 16 car fields in the Nascar races. Why bother adding Nascar if you can't do full fields?

From a studio that is (IMHO) the best sim racer maker out there. Looks pretty incredible in that trailer. BUT, cant count the times a trailer has failed to correct. F3 also looks pretty sweet (and i have the 360 wheel, is there one for PS3?) but I have alwasy prefered the GT titles.

System Seller? nah, neither is F3 though, maybe for the hardcore.

F3 probably isn't a system seller just because F2 sold all the systems for it :)

Not quite sure Sony can say the same for Prologue.
